New Movies On Demand: ‘Geostorm,’ ‘Blade Runner 2049,’ ‘Mom and Dad’ And More
Winter still has a vice grip on most of the country, meaning the smartest way to spend your nights is cuddled up on the couch sipping a piping hot bev. The best company for those couchtastic nights? A new movie, one that will take your mind off of the world surrounding you! You’re in luck, because new flicks are available for you to stream every week. Whether you use Amazon Video, iTunes, Vudu or your cable’s on demand service, there are always a lot of new releases out there waiting for you to discover.
For just a few bucks, you can now rent three much talked about movies from 2017. In the case of Blade Runner 2049, that talk was positive–especially considering that the film is a decades later follow-up to a film with a fiercely devoted fanbase. You can also rent Happy Death Day, a slasher flick with a totally imaginative twist (it’s like Groundhog Day, except the Bill Murray character keeps getting killed!). And then there’s the Michael Fassbender thriller The Snowman, which people talked about in a… bad way. But hey, if watching bad movies is your thing (it is most certainly my thing), then maybe dropping a few dollars on The Snowman makes sense!
